INTERPRETER BOOKING PROCEDURE

Interpreters may be booked by any of the following methods:

All bookings must contain the following information:
 

Date Date, Day and Time
Date Language
Date Name of the Client / Matter
Date Contact Person. (Doctor, Rehabilitator, Investigator, Solicitor, Barrister...
Date Job Location
Date Your Reference
Date Your name, Company name and telephone number.

 

PAYMENT OF FEES

  1. Individual are required to pay in advance.

  2. All others per undertaking as shown below.

Requests for interpreting services will be accepted subject to the conditions that such requests contain an 'Undertaking' as shown below:
 

 UNDERTAKING

We hereby acknowledge having read your "Client Information Booklet" (revised as at 1/10/2007) and agree to be bound by the terms of trade set out therein and further undertake to pay your fees as prescribed therein or as varied from time to time by written notice, within 30 days of the date of assignment, including any applicable cancellation fees as detailed in your Client Information Booklet.


On receipt of the request and undertaking, the booking will be provisionally accepted subject to coordinating staff exercising all effort to comply with your request. In the event that time (or availability of interpreters) prohibits compliance, you will be advised prior to the scheduled appointment.
